On October 9, 2020, we revealed our company’s new image to our collaborators. This new image accompanies the commercial, operational, administrative and organizational culture changes that we have been cultivating over the last 4 years.

Life often takes us through moments that force us to re-envision our future and our way of pursuing our goals.

Four years ago, at Ingenya Consulting, seeing the success our company was having, and figuring that a business restructuring would be a useful tool to achieve our next goals, we started a self-evaluation process.

This stage was completed on October 9 last, when we launched our new image, which comes loaded with strong symbolism: serious, sober, but, at the same time, projecting the strength and commitment that we have had for more than 20 years in business.

This new step highlights a mature company focused on further consolidating its presence in the region. Ingenya is synonymous with excellence, reliability, honesty, but, above all, professionalism.

The event with our collaborators was full of mystery, from the magic show that dazzled us all, to emotional messages from family members and business partners to the look on our faces when we finally all got to see the new image. Everything conspired to make up this incredible online event, and a new image which today, we invite you to discover.

Ingenya is entering an interesting new phase. This relaunch of our brand reflects a profound transformation, with a first-rate organizational structure, with clear values and a highly committed group of collaborators.

Our company is defined by its modern culture, where we are all like a big family, with people of different generations within the various teams, ranging from people with years of experience to new generations of professionals, who come with fresh and updated ideas, creating a work environment that few on the market can match.

“We did not expect change to be so great”

Adriana Fernández, Ingenya‘s business advisor, has accompanied this change process from the very beginning, and was quick to highlight that when the work started in 2016, no one expected it to be so great, “it began focused on one topic, but then we saw that it linked to another, and to another…”.

This cascade effect led our partners to consider a commercial, administrative, operational and organizational restructuring, which ended up in this highly ambitious project, which reflects the quality and transparency that define the company’s values.

The new process incorporates elements that increase the professionalism that has always defined our work with world-class companies. At Ingenya we implement a clearly defined methodology, providing collaborators with tools for all aspects of systematic execution and to maintain the quality standard that has characterized us at a national and international level.

This methodology was further enhanced with improvements to our human talent, with qualified personnel focused on ensuring that the Ingenya brand always stands out for its quality.

This cycle, which concluded with presenting Ingenya’s new image to our collaborators and clients, leads us firmly into a new era for our company, which will continue to be a leader in its field, spearheaded from our headquarters in Costa Rica.

At Ingenya we achieve this thanks to our strong focus and teamwork, taking into account the opinion of all our collaborators in developing and preparing the various symbols that we will follow in our company from now on, as well as in the provision of tools, seeking to satisfy the needs of our professionals, to make their work pleasant and efficient.

This new stage seeks to build enhanced proactivity, hope, support, to strengthen teamwork, but, above all, we want our strategic partners and clients to be close to us… “Let’s do it together” is the key to this new stage for Ingenya.
